PP Research Lab Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through PP Research Lab, operated by Peptide Papi, LLC (“PP Research Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By placing an order with PP Research Lab, you agree to this Shipping Policy, our Terms and Conditions, Research-Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and any additional terms presented at checkout.
1. Shipping Area
PP Research Lab currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States, subject to applicable federal, state, local, carrier, and product-specific restrictions.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel shipment to any location where we determine that shipment, receipt, possession, or sale may be prohibited or otherwise create a legal, regulatory, safety, fraud, or compliance concern.
Availability of a product on our website does not guarantee that it can be shipped to every state or jurisdiction.
2. Research-Use Restrictions
All products sold by PP Research Lab are supplied solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical, educational, or scientific research unless expressly stated otherwise.
Products are not intended for human consumption, human administration, veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, personal experimentation, or any other use prohibited by our Research-Use Policy.
We reserve the right to hold, cancel, or refuse shipment when we reasonably suspect that an order may involve an unauthorized use.
3. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after:
- Payment has been successfully completed;
- Any required account verification has been completed;
- Any required purchaser or research-use information has been approved; and
- The order has passed our fraud and compliance review.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and other days on which PP Research Lab is closed.
Orders placed after our daily cutoff time may begin processing on the following business day.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
4. Order Verification
Some orders may require additional verification before shipment.
We may request information concerning:
- Purchaser identity;
- Age;
- Billing information;
- Shipping information;
- Business or laboratory affiliation;
- Intended research use;
- Payment authorization; or
- Other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the transaction.
Orders requiring additional review may experience longer processing times.
Failure to provide requested information may result in cancellation and refund of the order.
5. Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout when available.
Depending on the destination and product, we may use carriers such as:
- USPS;
- UPS;
- FedEx; or
- Another qualified shipping provider.
PP Research Lab reserves the right to select or substitute a carrier or shipping service when reasonably necessary.
Shipping-service names such as “Priority,” “2-Day,” or “Overnight” generally refer to estimated carrier transit time after the package has been transferred to the carrier and do not include PP Research Lab's order-processing period.
6. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.
Estimated delivery times may be affected by:
- Carrier delays;
- Severe weather;
- Natural disasters;
- Holidays;
- High shipping volume;
- Transportation disruptions;
- Government actions;
- Address problems;
- Security inspections;
- Compliance reviews; or
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee delivery on a particular date unless such a guarantee is expressly provided in writing.
7. Shipping Delays
If we determine that we cannot ship an order within the timeframe originally represented to you, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, consent request, or refund required by applicable law.
Where appropriate, you may be given the option to:
- Accept the revised shipping timeframe; or
- Cancel the affected order and receive a refund for the unshipped merchandise.
8. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout unless otherwise stated.
Shipping fees may depend on:
- Destination;
- Package weight;
- Package dimensions;
- Shipping service;
- Special handling requirements;
- Insurance;
- Signature confirmation; and
- Other carrier-related costs.
Any promotional free-shipping offer is subject to the terms associated with that promotion.
9. Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Before submitting an order, please confirm:
- Recipient name;
- Street address;
- Apartment, suite, or unit number;
- City;
- State;
- ZIP code; and
- Any other information necessary for successful delivery.
PP Research Lab is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping expenses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an address error is discovered before shipment, contact us immediately at info@papiresearch.com.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters fulfillment.
10. Address Restrictions
PP Research Lab may restrict or refuse delivery to certain address types, including:
- Freight-forwarding services;
- Mail-forwarding services;
- Hotels;
- Temporary residences;
- Unverified commercial addresses;
- Addresses associated with suspected fraudulent activity; or
- Other addresses that create heightened compliance or delivery concerns.
We may also restrict delivery to P.O. boxes when the selected carrier or product cannot accommodate them.
11. Tracking Information
When tracking is available, a tracking number will generally be provided after the order has been processed for shipment.
Tracking information may take time to update after the shipping label is created.
The creation of a shipping label does not necessarily mean the carrier has physically received the package.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and arranging for receipt of the shipment.
12. Delivery Confirmation
A shipment marked as delivered by the carrier will generally be considered delivered to the shipping address provided with the order.
Customers should:
- Track expected delivery;
- Retrieve packages promptly;
- Secure packages from weather, theft, or unauthorized access; and
- Inspect packages promptly after receipt.
If a shipment is marked delivered but cannot be located, the customer should first check:
- The surrounding delivery area;
- Mailbox or parcel locker;
- Building reception or management;
- Household members or employees;
- Neighbors, when appropriate; and
- The delivering carrier.
The customer should then contact PP Research Lab promptly if the package remains missing.
13. Lost Packages
If tracking indicates that a shipment has been lost in transit, contact us at info@papiresearch.com.
We may require:
- Order number;
- Tracking number;
- Confirmation of the shipping address;
- Carrier claim information; and
- Additional documentation.
PP Research Lab may initiate or require the customer to participate in a carrier investigation before issuing a replacement or refund.
Replacement or refund eligibility will be determined based on the circumstances, available tracking information, carrier findings, and applicable law.
14. Stolen Packages
PP Research Lab is not responsible for theft occurring after a shipment has been properly delivered to the address supplied by the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
For higher-value orders, we may require:
- Signature confirmation;
- Adult signature;
- Delivery to a secure location; or
- Other delivery-verification measures.
Customers who believe a delivered package was stolen should promptly notify the carrier and, where appropriate, local law enforcement.
15. Damaged Shipments
Customers should inspect all packages immediately upon receipt.
If a shipment arrives damaged, contact PP Research Lab within 48 hours to 3 business days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number;
- Product name;
- Description of the damage;
- Photographs of the exterior shipping package;
- Photographs of the shipping label;
- Photographs of the internal packaging;
- Photographs of the affected product; and
- Any other information requested by our support team.
Do not discard the product, packaging, shipping box, or label until the claim has been resolved.
Failure to retain the packaging or provide requested documentation may limit our ability to investigate the claim.
16. Incorrect or Missing Products
If an order contains an incorrect product or is missing an item, contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue;
- Photographs of all items received;
- A photograph of the shipping package; and
- A photograph of the packing slip, if included.
After verification, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or other appropriate resolution.
17. Temperature and Environmental Exposure
Unless expressly stated otherwise, PP Research Lab cannot guarantee the temperature of a shipment during carrier transportation or after delivery.
Any recommended storage condition listed for a product generally applies after receipt and does not necessarily mean that continuous temperature-controlled transportation is required.
Where temperature-controlled shipping is specifically offered or required, additional packaging, handling, and shipping terms may apply.
Customers are responsible for retrieving shipments promptly and transferring products to appropriate storage conditions after delivery.
18. Product Integrity Upon Delivery
The customer is responsible for inspecting each product and package upon receipt.
Do not use a research product if:
- The vial or container appears broken;
- The seal appears compromised;
- The label does not match the order;
- There is visible contamination;
- The package appears materially damaged; or
- The product otherwise appears inconsistent with its expected condition.
Contact PP Research Lab before proceeding with research involving a potentially compromised product.
19. Returned-to-Sender Packages
Packages may be returned to PP Research Lab because of:
- Incorrect addresses;
- Incomplete addresses;
- Refused delivery;
- Failed delivery attempts;
- Unclaimed packages;
- Carrier restrictions; or
- Other delivery problems.
If a package is returned to us, we will determine whether it is eligible for reshipment or refund.
The customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs when the return resulted from an incorrect address, refusal, failure to retrieve the package, or another circumstance attributable to the customer.
Products requiring special environmental handling may not be eligible for reshipment after being returned.
20. Order Refusal or Cancellation
PP Research Lab reserves the right to refuse, hold, or cancel an order before shipment when reasonably necessary for:
- Legal compliance;
- Research-use compliance;
- Fraud prevention;
- Payment verification;
- Inventory errors;
- Pricing errors;
- Product availability;
- Shipping restrictions;
- Safety considerations; or
- Suspected misuse or diversion.
If we cancel a prepaid order before shipment, the amount paid for the canceled merchandise will generally be refunded to the original payment method.
21. Carrier Restrictions and Hazardous Materials
Certain substances, packaging configurations, or shipping conditions may be subject to carrier or government transportation requirements.
PP Research Lab will not knowingly ship a product using a transportation method that is prohibited for that product.
Customers may not request that PP Research Lab:
- Falsely identify package contents;
- Misclassify regulated materials;
- Remove required shipping markings;
- Provide inaccurate customs or shipping information; or
- Otherwise evade transportation requirements.
22. Reshipping and Replacement Limitations
PP Research Lab may limit replacements or reshipments when:
- Tracking confirms successful delivery;
- The customer provided an incorrect shipping address;
- The shipment was refused;
- The package was not retrieved;
- The damage was caused after delivery;
- Required claim information was not provided;
- The claim appears fraudulent; or
- The customer has engaged in repeated or suspicious claims.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
23. Shipping During Severe Weather or Emergencies
We may temporarily delay fulfillment or suspend shipping to affected areas during:
- Hurricanes;
- Tropical storms;
- Flooding;
- Wildfires;
- Extreme temperatures;
- Major winter storms;
- Natural disasters;
- Carrier interruptions; or
- Other emergencies.
We may delay shipment when doing so is reasonably necessary to protect product integrity, employees, carriers, or customers.
24. Holidays and High-Volume Periods
Orders placed around federal holidays, promotional events, product launches, or other high-volume periods may require additional processing time.
When reasonably possible, material delays will be communicated through the website, checkout process, order status page, or email.
25. International Shipping
Unless expressly stated on our website, PP Research Lab does not offer international shipping.
If international shipping is offered in the future, additional customs, import, export, tax, regulatory, documentation, and product restrictions will apply.
Acceptance of an international order would not constitute a representation that the product is lawful in the destination country.
26. Compliance With Applicable Law
All shipments are subject to applicable federal, state, local, carrier, and transportation requirements.
The purchaser remains responsible for ensuring that receipt, possession, storage, handling, and use of a product are lawful in the purchaser's jurisdiction.
Products that qualify as hazardous, restricted, or otherwise regulated for transportation may be subject to special packaging and shipping requirements. USPS, for example, maintains specific rules for hazardous, restricted, and perishable materials.
27. Changes to This Shipping Policy
PP Research Lab may update this Shipping Policy periodically.
Changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
The version in effect when an order is placed will generally govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
